Hello Dear Reader !
Welcome to the Trust1Connector solution evolution, corrections, modifications blog! Here we discuss what's new in the version 3.7.13 which has some bugfixes but no new features.
In this blog, you will find a summary of the bug fixes in this release.
And we will give you a sneak preview of the new products that will be launched later this week and in Q2 of this year.
Enjoy reading !
Overview of the bug fixes
✅ Registry loops
Issue: another software uses the registry port of the connector. The software does not check if the port is already in use and causes a conflict.
The connector does an extra check if there is already an existing process running in the registry. If this process is not alive then it is stopped. If it is alive then the connector will restart the new registry process to avoid conflicts and loops.
✅ Update of system crate
Necessary RUST update
✅ Distribution sever tracing
We have made a small update to the tracing mechanisme to accommodate the further roll-out of the diagnostics tool
✅ Update of certificates
All of our certificates were updated in line with our security policy
✅ Reader detection mechanisme:
small improvement
What's planned for the next releases ?
Later this week we foresee the release of version 3.8. The Truststore is incorporated in this version.
And in Q2 we will have our mobile solution up and running.
