Trust1Connector: Installed but 'no connection'

Telecom providers are securing your and their network against hacking attacks. One of the security measures implemented is preventing rebinding of DNS.  Some providers recently implemented this, causing the Trust1Connector not being able to connect to the application.


There are some simple steps that can be taken to get the Trust1Connector to work properly. Please find herewith the gitbook link to the article that describes the problem and the solution. 


Rest assured, you will not compromise your network security by following these steps. You will just open the path of the Trust1Connector to the back-end server as it was before.
